125 gr cod crumbs
45 gr bread crumb
4 eggs
Garlic, parsley
A little oil
1/2 envelope Royal yeast
1. Desalinate cod crumbs if they are not desalted, if they are desalted we use them directly.
2. Saute crumbled crumbs a bit. Crumble the bread and mix with the beaten eggs and the yeast, add the cod, garlic and chopped parsley.
3. Once everything is well mixed let stand about 20 minutes.
