CREAMY RICE WITH CLAMS AND OCTOPUS

400g of rice
500g of clams
Two large legs of cooked octopus
½ tablespoon of paprika
Fish soup
Two cloves of garlic
A pinch of saffron
¼ Italian green pepper
Crushed or grated natural tomato
Salt
1. Soak the clams with a pinch of salt.
2. Cut the octopus legs into slices. In a frying pan add two tablespoons of extra virgin oil and add the octopus legs until they begin to brown.
3. Cut the pepper and the garlic cloves and add them to a pan until they start to brown, once they are golden we add the tomato and then the rice with a pinch of saffron. For each glass of rice that is added we will have to add two of fish broth.
4. We cook it for eight minutes over high heat and 8 minutes over low heat.
5. When there are five minutes left to finish cooking the rice, we place the clams, previously washed, spread over the paella. In the last one we add the octopus legs, previously cut and golden.
6. Turn off the heat and let it rest for five minutes.
