80g of edamame
60g of avocado
150g of white microwave rice
100g of peeled cooked prawn tail
60g of sweet corn
5g of sesame seeds
20ml of lemon juice
40g of cherry tomato
20g of toasted sesame paste
10g of soy sauce
20g of spring onion
Wakame seaweed

In a microwave-safe bowl, cook the sweet corn and edamame for 3-5 minutes (at about 650W). Let it cool to room temperature for a few minutes.

Next, we cook the white rice in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (650W).

While it is cooking, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the chives. For the sauce, we beat the toasted sesame paste and the water, until we have a light mayonnaise texture.

Put the rice in a bowl, when it is cold, and add the cooked prawn tail. Season the avocado and tomatoes, and add it to the bowl. And finally, we add the edamame, the seaweed, the soy sauce and some sesame seeds.

And it would be ready to eat.
